Cancellation Policy
At West Valley Humane Society (WVHS), we are committed to providing accessible and compassionate care for your pets. To ensure smooth and respectful service for all clients, please review our booking policy below: Payment is due upon arrival and must be made prior to services being rendered. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. No-call/no-show appointments may result in denial of future bookings or cancellation of existing appointments at the discretion of WVHS. WVHS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or deny appointments at any time for any reason. All medical services are subject to review by clinic staff and veterinarians. Services may be denied based on the animal’s condition, behavior, or other medical concerns observed during examination. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful clinic environment for all pets and people.
