Weekend Dog Walk & Play

Shift Description

These weekend shifts are for trained, independent volunteers who are confident handling dogs without staff assistance. You'll help shelter pups stretch their legs, enjoy yard time, and get some much-needed one-on-one enrichment. Key Info: For volunteers who have completed Dog Handling Orientation and are comfortable working independently Focus on green and pink sticker dogs from the dog adoption kennels Follow kennel signage carefully — some dogs may be leash walk only Use the sally port entrance when front doors are locked If you're new or need support, please sign up for a weekday shift first to gain experience. Thanks for helping our dogs enjoy their weekend too!
