Your recurring donation is one of the most powerful ways to support our work. Monthly gifts provide steady, reliable funding that allows us to plan ahead, respond quickly to animals in need, and continue lifesaving programs for dogs and cats in our community.

    Thank you for supporting our work! If you have a recurring monthly donation, you can manage it anytime through your account on our website.

    Below are answers to common questions.

  • How do I access my donations?

    1. Visit our website.

    2. Click Log In at the top of this page (also accessible from the main menu).

    3. Enter the email address you used when making your donation.

    4. After logging in, open your Member Account.

    5. Navigate to My Wallet.

    6. Click My Subscriptions.

     

    Here you will see any active recurring donations.

  • How do I change my monthly donation amount?

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Go to My Wallet.

    3. Select My Subscriptions.

    4. Find your active donation.

    5. Click Manage Subscription.

    6. Choose Change Plan or Update Subscription.

    7. Select the new donation amount and confirm.

     

    Your new amount will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • How do I update my credit card or payment method?

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Go to My Wallet.

    3. Click Payment Methods.

    4. Select Add New Card or Update Existing Card.

    5. Save your changes.

    Your updated card will be used for your next scheduled donation.

  • How do I cancel my monthly donation?

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Open My Wallet.

    3. Click My Subscriptions.

    4. Select the recurring donation you want to cancel.

    5. Click Cancel Subscription.

    6. Confirm the cancellation.

    7. Your donation will stop after the current billing cycle.

  • How can I see past donations?

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Go to My Wallet.

    3. Click Billing History or Payments.

    4. You will see a list of all donations made through your account.

  • How do I download a donations receipt?

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Go to My Wallet.

    3. Open Billing History.

    4. Click the donation you want a receipt for.

    5. Select Download Receipt.

  • I donationed but I don't have an account. What should I do?

    1. If you made a donation but never created an account:

    2. Click Log In on our website.

    3. Choose Sign Up.

    4. Register using the same email address used for your donation.

    5. Your donation history will automatically appear in your account.

  • I can't find my donation or subscription

    1. If your donation doesn’t appear in your account:

    2. Make sure you logged in with the same email used for the donation

    3. Check your email for your donation receipt

    4. If you still need help, please contact us at help@westvalleyhumanesociety.org and we’ll assist you.

    5. Older recurring donations may still be managed through stripe. If you cant find your subscription information in the members area you should find your donation information in the stripe customer portal.
